Good place to buy a used car they did good job on telling me about the car

I worked with Darryl in my purchase of a 2014 Indian Chieftain motorcycle with only 6 miles. He answered all of my questions and requests promptly before and after the sale. It was well worth my drive from west-central Wisconsin to bring this bike home. I enjoyed meeting Darryl and appreciated his enthusiasm and for making the buying process a low pressure, positive experience.

This place is great. The staff is very nice and friendly. Darryl is a great salesman. He was on top of everything. He gave me a good price for my trade in(over the phone)and stood by it when I brought it to the dealership. I drove 4.5 hours one way to get my Dodge Challenger R/T. Darryl had everything ready for me when I arrived. The car is just awesome. Very, very clean inside and out. Just like new. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. (Even if your out of State). I didn't read a single review before I bought my X5 here last week. That gave me the pleasure of enjoying this buying experience even more. I'm a used BMW buyer across the board for the whole family for many years. With my daughter driving back and forth to Urban, I wanted her in my existing 2009 6cyl X5 instead of the 2008 328i she had been driving. My goal was simple: a 2009-2011 X5 V8 Sport Package and low miles a must. I found Naperville Auto Haus on the web had exactly what I wanted. Brad took my call, recorded my interest and name and no more and I really saw this as friendly and no pressure right off the bat. I showed up with my 328i title, check and bank statement to show I was serious and Brad made me an offer on the swap within 10 minutes. I didn't like that price so Brad asked me what I thought. I defined what I thought the excellent "new" 2009 V8 X5 with Sport Package and 42K miles was worth to me and what a fair mid-point trade on my 328i should be. I had my ideal price in mind and added $300 Brad's way and said I needed to be at that price. 60 seconds later, I had a deal. It all happened so quickly, I asked Brad if I could re-test drive the X5. It ran just great, I bought it, I love it and this is an absolutely remarkably different place that I could recommend more highly. I will be back in 2018 for my 2015 M4.

I originally spoke with Carl and he was on top of things for me. I told him there was a small issue with the truck and he sent it right over to his mechanic to get it checked out without hesitation. He got back to me right away and I made the purchase. Everyone there was very and te place was extremely clean. When I'm ready to buy another car I will definitely be coming back to talk to Carl.

NO-PRESSURE SALES TACTICS! Karl helped me purchase a 2009 Hyundai Genesis in "like-new condition" last month. The process went VERY smoothly and they even allowed me to take the vehicle to another local auto shop for a thorough INDEPENDENT inspection / evaluation. They had a GREAT price on-line for the Geneses AND they gave me a GREAT trade-in allowance on my previous car. The FREE Car-Fax Report only helped seal the deal for me! This was my easiest car purchase EVER! 5-STARS!!!

Let me start off by saying that my entire experience was awesome from the very beginning all the way until I drove home in my new car! I was looking for a used MINI Cooper and found one through cargurus at this dealership. I must say that I was skeptical at first about driving so far to a dealership just to see a car that I hope was as advertised. Karl contacted me the next business day about coming to see the car and when I got there I was not disappointed! There was a Carfax waiting for me and the car was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted....I was pleasantly surprised! Karl gave me the keys to the car and let my husband, son, and I take it for a no pressure test drive. When we returned, we were not pressured into buying anything and Karl did everything that he could to work with our budget. Needless to say, I like that there were no games involved and I certainly would love to do business with this dealership in the future!!

Well, I was shopping online for a car, found this dealership, they had a bmw 2006 325i with 49k miles on it, since i live in Chicago, I called them, because I had challenging credit, so I told them was the situation was, it was a Thursday afternoon, and within couple of hours, Karl called me back, and told me to come and pick up the car. So next morning I was there, the car was there, as advertised, same miles, same price, and for my surprise, I was approved. Very easy transaction, very honest dealership and a great car. Honestly, the best dealership around, if you need a car, just call them, they will tell you straight up what they can do for you, and they will keep their word. Awesome guys.

Just picked up a used Sequoia today and I'm thrilled with it. I've been watching the internet for months looking for the new style Sequoia in my price range without much luck. Happen to catch this one yesterday on cargurus and called to get the info. I spoke to Linda who informed me about the truck and the price and explained it was a fresh trade and had not been polished up yet but invited me in to check it out. I promised to look past the lack of detailing as it had just came in the day before. Left work early and met my wife in Naperville and Linda had the keys ready and sent us out for a no pressure test drive. We had the truck out for at least an hour to stretch it's legs and the truck ran great. The guys inspected my trade while we were out and they made me a good offer on it. Not much need for negotiating as the truck was priced well. ( I've been watching them all over the country )and after a short conversation we were able to reach an agreement on price and allowance for the detail. I think I spent more time at my bank then with Linda as she had everything ready for me today when I arrived to make the purchase. Got the truck and drove it down the street to Toyota for an independent piece of mind inspection and everything check out as expected.Toyota was able to verify everything on the carfax as well. ( what a great tool for consumers) They were pretty impressed with the truck for the price. I'm feeling like I got a great deal !! I will say that my wife was less than impressed when pulling in the lot as it is not a typical looking car dealer but don't let that fool you. the location in Naperville is right in the middle of all the big dealers and the showroom is more then nice and stocked with plenty of beautiful high end and vitage cars. I will definitely be visiting them online when I'm ready for my next purchase and would recommend anyone looking to consider this dealership. Maybe next I'll get one of the Ferrari's Lol.. I'm not that cool. And for all you cynics out there I am a real... Satisfied.... Customer. Thanks again Linda
