I loved that 20 salesman didn't run me over the second I drove up. I walked in they asked what I was interested in. They told me to go look at what they had and then let them know which ones I wanted keys for. So easy and I loved being able to look the cars over without a salesman breathing down my neck! Needless to say their prices on their vehicles were $2000 cheaper than the other dealers I had already wasted my time at. Only complaint is they don't detail their cars very well, some of them are nasty dirty and that was a huge deal for me. I ended up buying a newer vehicle that was clean anyways and for $2000 less I could pay for a detail job every year I own the car :)

If we could give a 10 star review we would. Chad and his entire staff are some of the easiest , low pressure group to work with. We were ready to get out of the mini van scene and were looking for something different. They helped us find the perfect vehicle. We drove several and took our time. There was no high pressure like what we got from some other dealers on a certain popular street. We will for sure be bringing our son here to buy his first vehicle.

As most I was very reluctant to buy a car sight unseen. However from my first phone call Sara immediately sent me a carfax report on the two vehicles that I was interested in. Brad then followed up with a personal video of the vehicles. After my approval Brad then walked me through the rest of the process. Brad put no pressure on me and even arranged to have the vehicle transported to me before he even recieved a check. WOW unbelievable! Brad even sent the car to have it serviced and detailed before he shipped it to me. This was totally unexpected. Thank you Brad and Sara for the GREAT buying experience.

They're certainly not as flashy as other dealerships, but that's part of their charm. The guys are sincere, and committed to helping you find the right vehicle, for the right price, and will do everything they can to make that happen. No gimmicks, no "one time only" sales deals, just honest service, every time. I've had my Highlander for seven years, and am still happy with it. When that one dies, I'm sure my next vehicle will be from Millenium.

Found a vehicle of theirs online and went by. He offered the keys up and did not try to go with me and talk me into the vehicle while I checked it out. Chad allowed me time, space, and even gave me his personal cell phone to call in case I had more questions. No pressure, no hassle! Just honest integrity and a willingness to give me time! I had only so much money, so he dropped the price in order to get me the car I so desperately needed! I will go there again when I need another vehicle. Great guys all around and very personable. Thanks Chad and Millennium crew!

My wife & I purchased a white 2010 Honda Accord LX from them. They were 100% transparent about car being lease return and accident while parked being fixed by insurance as required by lease. So what.. We got a great price on that car for the exact reason. We've had the car almost 2 years, been great. The brake rotors and pads go pretty quick, but after all investigation, it's a Honda known issue. These guys took $100 off the cash price for the car when I bought it because of the rotors. I DID get it checked out knowing it was in an accident. The previous comment doesn't mention a specific vehicle. I'm writing this because we're looking at another car and these guys are the first place I went back to because of that transparency. You get what you pay for and I will be responsible for what I buy. Blaming on some of the complaint sites is ignorance. Robert in Chandler.
