I bought a lime green Ford Fiesta from John Warne Motors when I totaled my Nissan back in April. It was the best car buying experience I think someone could have. I worked with Amanda and she is so passionate about her job and really loves to help and made the whole experience fun which I never thought could be possible, but it made a made a bad situation so much easier! I sent in an email of interest, went to check out the car the same day to give it a test drive, Amanda had to Carfax ready for me when I got there. The next day I went in and signed all the paperwork, after my brother came in and checked the car out... the purchase process went so flawlessly and I left with my new (used) car! It came with only one key fob but John Warne had me come in the day after to get another key made for me for free. I would honestly suggest anyone who is looking for a used car to go to John Warne Motors, it is definitely NOT the nightmare you imagine when you think about buying a car.
I visited John Warne Motors about a week ago to look at a car they had on the sales floor, I called in advance to make sure they still had it (they did) and I told them I would be stopping by to see it. When I got there, they had the car all ready for me to test drive. I was greeted by the owner, very friendly & sociable, knowledgeable and best of all didn't pressure me at all. Car was very clean and well maintained. When it came time for the test drive, he put on a plate and said you are welcome to take it where ever you like and let me take the car out by myself. Car drove great, I took it to I-79, 1 exit up and then back again. (I love when car dealers let you do this, I can focus on the car and not get distracted by a salesman and/or worry about awkward silence) Upon returning with the car to the dealer I was greeted by the owners daughter who was also very friendly & sociable, knowledgeable. I then went with the owner back to his office to discuss pricing. Pricing was very fair and again there was no pressure or "number games" being played. They do offer financing however I wanted to pursue financing on my own which the owner even encouraged. All things aside, I couldn't purchase the car that day without my fiance's input anyways so I went home and called the credit union who had fair rates however in the end, even though the car was great, we decided we were going to hold off on getting a new one for a little longer. But, when that time comes, I do plan on turning to John Warne Motors. I definitely would recommend this dealership.
My husband I just purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Ram (Sport) from John.....we met and talked to his daughter Amy and in the office Kathy. We were treated like their friends......we were greeted with friendliness by Amy (hope I got her name correct)....regardless they made this a fantastic experience for us. They are reasurring....respectful.......truthful .........and do all they can to put you in the vehicle you picked......my husband and I give them 5 STARS.....If you are looking for a dealer this is the place! Thank you to everyone at John Warne Motors......
he always knows who i am when i tell him the last name , he knows what vehicle and always takes care of me. i will be buying another vehicle from john warne .
