We came in and as soon as we walked we got welcome. The help was exceptional and we looked at 3 cars they where all great and the one we pick they help us a lot with all the financing and they give us the closest to the payment we could afford I recommended 100% and they also spoke our language so if you are a latino this is the dealer to come to.

I contacted this dealership after receiving a referral that Otis Smith was AMAZING! After speaking with the sales team and scheduling an appointment for Saturday, Otis reached out to and wanted to meet Friday instead. The person who referred him is a very close friend of the family so I trusted her opinion. I informed Otis of what I was looking for and gave him the information he needed to start a search. Our original meeting time was at 6:30pm (and that was the time Otis chose). I informed him that I am 6 months pregnant and would have my 6 year old daughter with me and didn't have too much time to spend as I was beyond exhausted. He assured me it wouldn't take long! At 6:30 I received a text from Otis pushing our time back til 7 as he was "still working things out". At 6:45 I informed him that I was ON MY WAY to our meeting and was informed that he will meet me as he stepped out to grab food. I showed up at the dealership at 7:04pm and Otis was not there. Otis did not walk into the store until after 8pm and no other personnel of the staff offered to help me while I waited. When Otis FINALLY arrived, I had no intention of doing business but was awaiting my ride home as I had been dropped off. To make matters worse, when Otis walked in, instead of him introducing himself and asking my name, he walked around the corner and texted me "where are you? I am here?" Otis then brings the manager over and says, since it was so late, none of the financing offices were open and they would have to run my information the next day...which was Saturday, the date of our originally scheduled appointment! I left and went home and did not return the next day. All of this occurred on January 15, 2016. I did not receive a callback from either Otis or Tremaine in regards to my application! I even called a week later requesting to speak to Tremaine (who is the general manager) as my credit had been ran about 8 times and I didn't want another dealership running my information at this time. Tremaine told me that he would call me back in 15 minutes and to no surprise, I have NOT heard from him! This is the WORST experience I've had purchasing a car and I was so disgusted with the level of professionalism here! To this day I STILL have not heard from either Otis or Tremaine!

The hole purchase process was a mess.They screwed up a $50,000 Christmas gift for my wife by delivering my car almost a month later even though I bought it on Dec 22 / 2015.A bad trans in a brand new Murano and a scratch paint took almost a month to repair Tremaine was less than indifferent addressing my issue, always talking on the phone with somebody else while trying to talk to me. However Steve did a good mechanic work

This dealership really cares and they will make sure you leave with a car of your liking I've been so blessed to meet these great people don't except no go to 94 Nissan in South Holland they will have you driving in no time I am so happy words can't explain

Realized that I did not have the wheel lock key...after TWO evenings- sitting over an hour the first night without anyone telling me they would not be fixing it. Finally waited another hour and had the wheel locks removed but replaced with non-locking bolts!

I visited this location for a test drive after making an appointment with Kala. After the test drive I began to negotiate pricing regarding the particular vehicle I was interested in which was a 2014. I told the salesman that I thought their prices should be less seeming that the 2015 models should be soon arriving to their location (surprised they didn't presently have any available). I told him I could get a 2015 for the same price they were asking for a 2014. His response to me was "well, why didn't you get it!" I attempted to ignore his comment and asked him to give me a print out of the options on a particular 2014 model. I once again asked him again were they willing to move on their prices and he really didn't give an answer. I asked for his business card and told him to keep my information and to call me when they were ready to move their 2014 inventory. His response to me was "you'll find one somewhere else" and walked away from the table. He didn't bother to offer to show me something else, inquire as to what features I was looking for or, at the very least, thank me for coming to the dealership. He walked away.....returned the car to the lot and returned and started talking to another customer. They were very busy this particular afternoon and I didn't have time to speak to a manger (I have to go to another dealership). I called and left a message for the Sales Manager to return my call. Kala did call me back the next business day and forwarded me to a manager and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manner in which I was treated. Needless to say I would never go back to this dealership nor will I refer this place to anyone.

My husband and I had a terrible experience yesterday. Nissan's manager chased after us as we were headed to our car. He said we were not serious buyers and called us a joke!! I told him my husband is buying me a car a.s.a.p., and I want to search for the best deal. I don't know how that equates to we're not serious and a joke. He was unprofessional. I can't blame him though, I would've chased us too after seeing the income my husband makes.Chad was no better. He said he was confused when I told him, the numbers they configured were not what we were looking for. I don't know how much more laymen I could be. These guys were playing games with us too. I wish I would've filmed this transaction for Youtube. You all should have seen the promissory note the boss wrote for us in marker on a piece of paper. Chad kept scratching out the numbers to get us to agree to a payment. To add flame to the fire, Chad kept saying he didn't know exactly how much the car cost. This was quite a show. I deeply regret going after that Altima coupe first. Their competitors down the street were busier, which suggests better deals and customer service. I do not recommend Nissan South Holland.

Joann meet us with a smile and a personality that was out of this world. She was attentive to every detail and picking out a car with her was very easy. She made sure we stayed in our price range and found the car that met our expectations. This was my first visit to this dealership and best believe I will be returning and letting my friends know about Nissan of South Holland.

Kayla, a very nice young lady called me several times she even called me on my birthday, that made me extremley happy that she made that gesture to think about me. I told her I would come in and I came in on Mar 1 and dealt with Joann who was very nice as well.I was very nervous but she made me very comfortable and she was very patient with me.
