I bought a Toyota from 83 Autos, and the process was extremely smooth. Steve helped me to pick out my car and had the paper work done very quickly. The whole process was extremely easy and painless. I would highly recommend buying from this location.

I bought a 1999 Tahoe from these guys and the sale from start to finish went incredible well. Mike and Steve do not pressure you at all and they talk to you like you're family. I bought a 1988 Chevy 1500 truck from the owner Steve when he was located in Beltsville, MD and liked it so much I later went back and purchased a 1993 Range Rover from him which was fun to play with. Later when Steve relocated to York, PA I lost touch for several years. In November, 2013 I needed another truck and noticed on the 83 Autos website a 1989 Chevy 1500 Silverado with an 8 foot bed which I dearly wanted since I already had all the shop manuals and they are very easy to maintain. I called Steve and he said he would hold it for me and would even drive it to Maryland if I needed. I visited the York, PA lot as I wanted to see the other trucks too. Steve has always had an eye for good, solid, reliable trucks and I wanted to talk trucks with Steve and Mike and also see the new location. They had some nice Chevy Suburbans that I did tell a friend about. I purchased the 1989 Chevy truck from Steve and have since put 1500+ miles on it with no problems. The ton Chevy trucks ride like a dream compared to the ton trucks. I always enjoy purchasing from Steve who has always been a real honest dealer to work with.. I look forward to seeing what else I can buy from 83 Autos in the future

Before we went over to this dealer, we called to make sure that they would be there. They assured us they would be. We drove from Elizabethtown, Lancaster County, which took us about 45 minutes. When we got there we walked around their lot, at the list of trucks we had that we wanted to check out. Then we went to go into the office and there on the door was a sign we will be back. We were there about 20-30 minutes and no one showed up, except 2 guys in a rollback with 2 more trucks. They unloaded the trucks, looked at us, and never acknowledge us. Needless to say, we left this place, and drove to Quarryville and bought a truck there. We were interested in 4 different trucks, and if said person would have been there, they would have gotten our business. I left alot of people know about this, I work in retail, and there is no way we would treat our customers like this!
