Unbelievable how badly me and my partner was treated. They wouldn't let us test drive until we filed out paperwork. Sales manager came out when we asked to test drive and told my partner to leave the TV drama at home. When she was explaining that we called in advance and he wouldn't listen she walked away saying that she was done, and he said there's no way you are getting a loan for that amount with THAT attitude!! During the 10 minutes we were there we had three men talk at us and one car wouldn't start. When asked where the man was we talked to on phone each guy said he was on a test drive.
Very helpful and friendly. Made buying a car a relaxed and good experience . Car was well cleaned and ready to drive. Got to talk to mechanic on the lot as well. Wayne provided great service. Will look to buy from them again in the future.
Wayne was great in answering questions and finding a deal that would work for me.
I've been looking for this truck for over a year and saving for it even longer! Van responded to my pre approval application and by the end of the day he, Don and Bill were shaking my hand and handing me the keys! Great truck, great service and honest people. Thanks guys!
They are remodeling, they are not a fluffy dealer with smoked glass and leather furniture. But they have more heart there than all 11 dealer ships I have been to this month. I was greeted warmly, asked what I was looking for did I need help. The salesman I had helping me was kind and well mannered his name is Van I would more than recommend you go find him for your vehicle needs he does not shove a car down your throat like the other dealer ships I have been to. my son took me here to get a car ,his car was bought here. I'm disabled with many health problems .OMG!!!!!! I have never been treated with so much respect and kindness while buying a car.there were several customers in lobby and colognes and perfumes make it hard to breathe with my C.O.P.D. so in the rain set a table and chairs outside in canopy so that we could continue. there was no pressure for a sale and have many to choose from .they worked with all our requests without debating .the prices were very fair and up front . the experience was absolutely awesome everybody needs to buy from 5th gear motorz
5th Gear Motorz, it's humble little lot, I was immediately greeted by a Service-man, named Wayne, very approachable guy- He'll sell you a car, and go the extra mile when asked.He asked what I needed, I told him, and he got it. (Within reason of Course)This is a family owned place, run by family friendly dudes.
My husband and I worked with Wayne and Van and they were extremely helpful and truthful about all the cars we looked at. The buying process was painless and easy breezy. We highly recommended this dealership if your looking for a great used car.
Zack took his time with us, answered all of our questions and truly went above and beyond to earn my business, I have had a bad car buying experience in the past and I was completely apprehensive the whole time. but Zack really slowed down with me and touched upon every concern I had. He was indredibly comforting and understanding I will HIGHLY recommend.
We talked to John about a minivan we were interested in. It had sold but they just got a similar one in on trade. It was really dirty since they just got it. We asked if they would clean it for us and we would come back the next day. When we came back to look at the van we were impressed. Alex, the detailer had shampooed the carpets and really spent a lot of time on it. We also had noticed a couple things we would have liked fixed but didn't mention it since we really needed a van. They had fixed our concerns. It was on there list to do. We are so happy. My family thanks you.
