5280 Imports

I am very satisfied with 5280 imports..About three weeks ago i purchased a vehicle my sales man was name Mario he got me into a nice ,very clean, reliable, great for all seasons car , I absolutely love it!!! The staff there is amazing nice guys and great costumer service they all made sure every step was as easy as possible for me , not to mention I am a first time buyer I heard about this place thru a few friends of mine who said they were very amazing so I Just had to find out myself and hey they are right! my first experience was amazing I am very happy I made the choice to check them out, wouldn't of want it any other way I will definitely always do business with them and also send family and friends who want to be just as happy as me..

Very disappointed in 5280 Imports. I purchased 2 cars and both had transmission problems a few months after purchase. It appears the owner buys the cars with problems and does not disclose the problems. What are the odds of purchasing a vehicle and 3 months later and the transmission failing? I went back and the owner Taylor did sell me another car at a discount and yes a few months later transmission failure too! They are different make and models too. Do not buy this dealer! The cars are junk! You will be throwing your money away!

Taylor and the guys at 5280 Imports went above and beyond to find my dream car! I started my search last year and had a hard time finding the car I wanted due to the fact that it was a very very rare car. I came to 5280 Imports because I seen there ad on TV and showed that they had a lot of Luxury imports. I stopped on in and talked with the Owner Taylor who said to give him a week and he would have my car, I had doubt being that there was only 1 in Colorado for sale, sure enough I got a call from Taylor a few days later letting me no that he had found my dream car and to come on down. Car had great service history and was literally in mint condition with every option I wanted and more! I even paid less then I had expected making this car buying experience perfect! Thank you to all the staff at 5280 Imports for finding my dream car and making me a customer for life!!!

I called on saturday at 3:30 pm asked of a car was availalable. I hot there ar 4:40 pm they had already closed for the day. The car was not at the lot. I came in this morning at 10:15 they opened at 10:00 and the guy that was there told me it was sold. I wasted 4 hours of my time going there and coming home. Thanks. I will not be telling anyone to come to you.

I purchased my first audi from 5280 Imports and I couldn't be more pleased. I called the Dealership to ask a couple of questions before I made a two hour trip from Avon. When i arrived at the dealership and saw my Audi it was the exact way he described it to me. The sales guy Angel went over everything about the car, things I didn't even know. I bought the Audi at the price I wanted. These guys are really nice and they know how to take care of customers. I would recommend anybody to 5280 IMPORTS thanks guys, Angel you are the man!

Clearly there are always disadvantages to buying from a used car lot, but you would assume that a dealership would actually care about the long term outlook in buying a car- they DO NOT! They get the sale and that's it. Although the staff there is awesome when it comes to their attitudes and the process that they try to help out with an issue- the actual owner of this company cares about one thing and one thing only- THE SALE OF THAT CAR. I remember when I was buying the car from them the words out of the owners mouth was, "we want people to bring their cars back here to all repairs necessary because we can provide the best deals and the best workmanship." I received absolutely NONE of this from this dealer. With that being said, MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE ALL CAR FAX AND GET A WARRANTLY ON YOUR CAR BEFORE DRIVING IT OFF THE LOT. ALSO DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE DEALERSHIP WILL BE ON YOUR SIDE WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG. They seem to just pawn you off once the deal is done when I know the one thing I look for in buying a car is the fact that I want to be proud to say that I bought a car from 5280 imports- I AM NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my car last saturday, and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Before buying my car I did my research. I was looking for an all wheel drive car and it had to be good on gas milage. I went to 5 dealerships and 4 personal sellers before I went to 5280 Imports. Angel was the guy that educated me through out the whole process. He put " no pressure" on me and even offered any help even if I didn't buy from him. Even my Dad was suprised on how much he knew. Not only did they earn my business, they will have a customer for life. I wish all sales people were like him. Thank you Angel and 5280 imports. I truly am Blessed that I went there. The first car we purchased from the crew at 5280 Imports was a 2003 Audi A6. The car is beautiful the service here is great and the guys here seem to know what they are talking about. By the time we drove away we knew we were in a very solid car because Taylor, the owner, did a timing belt/ water pump job as part of the deal! A year later, our son was ready for his first car and we didn't even think twice about who to go see...This time it was a 2003 Ford Explorer that caught our eye. Another great car with not one single issue!!! Not to mention it has the look with 22" 2Crave Rims, Blacked out lights, and upgraded sound system. Another low pressure sale sealed the deal for us this time with the guys here being so straight forward and simply educating us on the vehicle we were interested in. These guys went out of the way again and because it was our son's first car, they did a full fluid service for FREE!!! We couldn't believe how easy it was to buy a car and feel comfortable with the car in which we choose and the people we are dealing with. Well, I guess the first Audi just wasn't enough because we just went back and bought a 2004 Audi A8L. This car is the best vehicle we have ever owned or ever thought we could own.......Flawless mechanically (again), Flawless cosmetically (again), Low miles (again), Affordable (again), and AGAIN just an easy going laid back car buying experience. I'm telling you if you are looking for a quality used car at a great price and don't want to deal with the average hassle of dealerships and they're employees, 5280 Imports is the place to go!!!!!!!!

I bought my son his first car today and I want to thank the guys at 5280 Imports for going above and beyond to help us out. I'm sure I was more difficult than most customers but the guys were great. In the end we are very happy and my son is very excited about his car. Keep up the good work I would recommend 5280 Imports to anyone looking for a car.

It was a very pleasant "car buying" experience. They had a nice selection of cars to choose from. I called them on a car and found out it wasn't really what I needed. They were able to get me the car I needed, even to the color. I am very pleased with the Owner, he went above and beyond to find me the car that best suited my family.
